Hello friends! I'm Sandy Gold. I'm a modern minimalist, I geek out about organizing and decluttering and I love all things natural beauty and home decor. I also love exclamation marks, buying things on sale and a good DIY face mask! Oh, and ranch dressing!

I'm also a TV makeup artist turned house flipper. I went from designing faces to designing spaces. And, now my handsome hubby, Andrew and I are currently tackling our biggest project yet: building a custom home from the ground up! And, we're documenting every moment of it right here!
